How to claim
The cash back can't be taken off at our counter. Daiwa runs the claims and pays you directly, so here's exactly what to do and where.
Any size of the four reels above, in store or online, between 1 October and 12 November.
The printed receipt from the store, or your order confirmation email if you bought online. It needs to show TackleWest, the date and the reel model.
Go to daiwapromotions.com.au, fill in your details and upload a clear photo of the whole receipt. Get it in by 8:59pm Perth time, Thursday 26 November.
Daiwa checks your claim and emails you the result. If it's approved, a Digital Mastercard is texted to your mobile. Activate it within 90 days.
Have these handy before you start: a photo of your receipt, your mobile number, email and postal address. Claims close at 8:59pm Perth time on Thursday 26 November.

No. This is Daiwa's offer, not a TackleWest discount. You pay the normal price with us, then Daiwa pays the cash back to you once your claim is approved.
Yes. Daiwa's terms include online stores, so a reel ordered on tacklewest.com.au counts the same as one bought over the counter. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
Only if they're on separate receipts. Daiwa counts each transaction as one claim, however many eligible reels are on it. If you're grabbing two, ask us to put them through as separate sales.

If you bought online, the order confirmation email or the order history in your TackleWest account has it. If you bought in store, get in touch with that store and ask about a copy.
Once Daiwa approves your claim, a Digital Prepaid Mastercard is sent by SMS to the mobile number on your claim. Daiwa allows up to 10 business days. You need to activate the card within 90 days.
Daiwa handles every claim, so use the contact page on Daiwa's claim site. For anything about your purchase or receipt, contact the TackleWest store you bought from.
