Shipping:
We offer Australia wide postage with two options for shipping with Australia Post, standard & express shipping. We also ship worldwide however we will quote on shipping prices as per your order.
As we want to get your products to you as soon as possible we do our very best to have your orders shipped on the same day as you place the order.
Once your order is shipped, you can track the parcel via Australia Post.
Free Shipping is limited to orders weighing up to 3kg
Shipping Options limited to 3kg, packages over limit subject to more charges
Rods are subject to a flat rate $20 charge (max 2 rods)
Bulky/Overweight items are subject to shipping charges
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer returns due to change of mind however we do offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 1/93 Hector St W, Osborne Park WA 6017, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.We do not offer Refunds on goods purchased however we do offer an exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Tacklewest International Orders
To make shopping with us a more streamlined process for our international clients we offer pre calculated shipping options at checkout. They are as follows.
Standard Flat Rate - $49.00 aud
Express Flat Rate - $70.00 aud
To qualify for our flat rate shipping orders must fit within a 30cm x 15cm x 15cm box and weigh under 2kg.
Whilst we endeavour to keep shipping costs as low as possible, some orders will fall outside of the parameters of our flat rate options. In the case of an order incurring a higher postage rate than displayed (due to bulky items etc), Tacklewest reserves the right to request an additional postage charge. You will have the option to either cancel the order or continue with the order and incur the additional postage charge.
Tacklewest reserves the right to cancel any international order without notice at any time prior to shipping. If an order is cancelled by Tacklewest, you will be notified via email and any payments made will be refunded.
Tacklewest takes no responsibility for the goods once they leave the premises.
International orders may be subject to a customs or import tax required by law in your country. Tacklewest cannot control this, and we are unable to advise you on the requirements in your country. Some countries have a 'tax free threshold' for importing goods and we recommend customers become aware of this and any other import or customs taxes your order may incur before placing your order with Tacklewest. All fees and charges are the customers responsibility and Tacklewest will not pay for or reimburse any extra cost that may be incurred.
Packing and Delivery Times
Tacklewest will endeavour to pack and post online orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next day. However, each circumstance is different, and occasionally there may be a delay, in which case we will contact you.
Due to global shortages and travel disruptions Tacklewest is unable to guarantee delivery times on any order.
